In short
- Pulsonic is a software tool for trading tokens on PulseChain. It is not a broker, an exchange or an adviser.
- Your wallets and funds are yours. Every transaction starts with you, either directly or through an automation you set up.
- We charge 2% per trade, plus PulseChain gas, which goes to the network, not to us.
- Crypto trading is risky. Snipes and orders can fail, and tokens can go to zero. You trade at your own risk.
- You can export your wallets and leave at any time.
These terms cover the Pulsonic web portal and the Pulsonic Telegram bot (together, "Pulsonic"). By signing in or using Pulsonic you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Pulsonic.
1. What Pulsonic is
Pulsonic is software that reads public PulseChain data and lets you send trades to decentralized exchanges and launchpads on PulseChain. It does not create, list, endorse or vet tokens. Anyone can deploy a token on PulseChain; Pulsonic shows what the chain shows. Pulsonic is not a broker, exchange, bank or financial adviser. Nothing in Pulsonic is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You must not be a sanctioned person, or act for one, under the sanctions that apply to you.
- You are responsible for making sure that using Pulsonic, and trading crypto-assets, is lawful where you live, and for any taxes on your trades.
3. Your account
One account covers the portal and the bot. You can sign in with Telegram, Google, X, Discord, a passkey or a PulseChain wallet, and link several. Keep those sign-in methods secure: anyone who controls them can use your account. Tell us at once at t.me/Pulsonic if you think someone else has.
4. Your wallets
Pulsonic never holds or manages your funds. Every transaction is initiated by you, either directly or through an automation you set up (snipes, limit orders, exit guards) and can stop at any time. Pulsonic can sign only so that those automations can run while you are away.
- You can create, import, export and delete wallets at any time. Export keeps working even if your account is suspended.
- Anyone who has a wallet's private key controls it. Never share it; no one from Pulsonic will ever ask for it.
- Blockchain transactions are final. We cannot reverse a transaction or recover funds sent to the wrong address.
5. Automations
Snipes, limit orders and exit guards run on the settings you choose. You accept that they:
- may not execute, or may execute late, at a worse price within the slippage you set, or partly;
- may fail or revert on chain and still cost gas;
- compete with other traders and bots, including other Pulsonic users. The same rules apply to every user, and nobody is guaranteed a place;
- depend on the chain, nodes and smart contracts behaving normally. Outages, reorganisations and congestion can affect them.
You can pause or delete any automation at any time; one already broadcast to the chain may still land.
6. Fees
| What | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Platform fee | 2% of each buy or sell | Taken inside the swap on exchange trades. On bonding-curve (launchpad) trades it is sent as its own transaction right after the trade. |
| Network gas | Set by PulseChain | Paid to the network, not to Pulsonic. Not refundable, including for failed, reverted or cancelled transactions. |
| Referrals | 20% of the platform fee | Goes to whoever referred you. It comes out of our fee and does not raise yours. |
The amounts above are read from the live configuration, so this page always shows what you are charged.
7. Data, prices and security scores
Prices, charts, holder counts, wallet labels (such as "dev", "sniper" or "insider") and token security scores are produced automatically from public chain data. They can be late, incomplete or wrong. A good security score does not mean a token is safe, and a token can change after it is checked. Do your own research.
8. What you must not do
- Manipulate markets, wash trade, or help anyone else do so.
- Use Pulsonic for money laundering, fraud, or any sanctioned activity.
- Attack, overload or probe Pulsonic, or get around its limits or security.
- Create accounts to farm referrals, or pretend to be someone else.
9. Risks
Crypto-assets are volatile and can lose all their value. Tokens can be scams, honeypots or rug pulls. Smart contracts, including the routers Pulsonic uses, can have bugs. You use Pulsonic, and make every trade, at your own risk.
10. Availability and suspension
Pulsonic may be unavailable, slow or changed at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. You can stop using Pulsonic at any time. Either way, you can still export your wallets.
11. No warranty and limits on liability
Pulsonic is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the people behind Pulsonic are not liable for trading losses, missed or failed trades, the behaviour of tokens, exchanges, launchpads or the chain, or any indirect loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the platform fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that the law in your country says cannot be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes and the change is listed below. For a change that affects you materially, we will also announce it in the bot or the portal before it applies. Using Pulsonic after a change takes effect means you accept it.
