In short
- We collect only what we need to sign you in and run your trades.
- No ads, no third-party analytics or tracking pixels, and we never sell your data.
- Transactions on PulseChain are public and permanent. That is how blockchains work, and we cannot change it.
- To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, message t.me/Pulsonic.
This policy covers the Pulsonic web portal and the Pulsonic Telegram bot ("Pulsonic", "we"). It explains what we collect, why, who sees it and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. What we collect
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Telegram sign-in: your Telegram user ID, username, first and last name, language and Premium flag. | To sign you in, talk to you in the bot and send the notifications you turn on. |
| Google, X or Discord sign-in: the account ID, name, email address and profile picture that provider shares. | To sign you in and link the provider to your account. |
| Passkey or wallet sign-in: the passkey's public key, or your wallet address. | To sign you in. A passkey's private part never leaves your device. |
| Sessions: IP address and browser (user agent) of each sign-in. | To keep you signed in, spot suspicious sign-ins and limit abuse. |
| Wallets: the wallets you create or import in Pulsonic. | To send the trades you start and run the automations you set up. |
| Trading activity: your orders, snipers, exit guards, presets, blacklists, settings, trade history, fees paid and who referred you. | To run the service, show you your history and pay referral shares. |
We do not ask for identity documents. Pulsonic also indexes all public PulseChain activity, including trades and balances of any wallet, and labels wallets from that activity (for example "dev" or "sniper"). That is public chain data about addresses, not data you gave us.
2. What we do not do
- No advertising, and no ad or analytics trackers in the portal.
- No selling or renting your data to anyone.
3. Cookies and local storage
The portal sets only its own cookies and storage, and none of it tracks you across sites:
- Sign-in cookies (named
pulsonic…) keep you signed in. - Preference cookies remember the token page layout, chart, trades table and volume window you picked.
- Local storage remembers your theme, saved filters, whether shared links carry your referral code, and the risk warnings you chose to hide.
4. Who else sees your data
- PulseChain. Every transaction you or your automations send is broadcast to the public network and is visible to anyone, forever.
- Telegram carries the messages between you and the bot.
- Google, X or Discord see that you signed in through them, if you choose to.
- Token websites never see you through us. Token images are fetched by our server, and links to outside sites go through a "you are leaving Pulsonic" page.
5. How long we keep it
- Account, wallet and trading data: while your account exists.
- After you ask us to delete your account: removed within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
- Public chain data and the indexes built from it: kept as part of the market history; it is public anyway.
6. Your choices and rights
- Export or delete any wallet yourself, at any time.
- Link or unlink sign-in methods on your account page.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account at t.me/Pulsonic. We answer within 30 days.
- Deleting your account cannot remove transactions already on PulseChain.
7. Security
We protect your data with encryption, access controls and rate limits. No system is perfect.
8. Age
Pulsonic is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
9. Changes and contact
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the change is listed below. Questions or requests: t.me/Pulsonic.
